# genserとは

genser は、ブランドの公式ECサイトに AI 対話型検索機能を直接搭載するサービスです。ユーザーは公式ECサイト内で、自然言語で欲しい商品を説明したり、気に入った商品をもとに類似商品や異なる価格帯を検索したりできます。検索から購入まで、すべての過程が公式ECサイト内で完結します。

以下の順番で設定すると、genser の利用を開始できます。

### **サイト設定**

**サイト設定** ページでサイトIDを登録し、カスタムドメインを接続します。カスタムドメインの接続を完了すると、サイトを公開できます。

### **商品データの連携**

**商品連携管理** ページで商品データを連携します。すでに運用中の Google Merchant Center の Feed URL を登録するか、API で直接送信できます。一度連携を設定すると、以降はスケジュールに従って自動的に更新されます。

### **連携商品の確認**

**商品状況** ページで、連携した商品が検索可能な商品として反映されているかを確認します。

### **商品データの品質確認**

**商品データ品質評価** ページで、連携した商品のデータ品質を確認します。画像・商品名・カテゴリ・商品説明の4項目を自動で評価し、補完が必要な商品は項目別に確認して CSV でダウンロードできます。データが充実しているほど、検索精度が高くなります。

### **デザイン設定**

**デザイン設定** ページでブランド名・ロゴ・メインカラー・ファビコン・リンクサムネイルなど、サイトのデザイン要素を設定します。デザイン設定を完了すると、サイトを公開できます。

### **検索表示**

検索表示をオンにする前に、ヘッダーの **検索プレビュー** で実際の検索結果をあらかじめご確認ください。結果に問題がなければ、検索表示設定をOnに変更します。表示設定は検索結果に即時反映されます。

### **サイトの公開**

サイト設定ページで genser の公開設定をOnに切り替えると、すべての設定が完了します。公開すると、訪問者がカスタムドメインからサイトにアクセスできるようになります。
